MHB Consultants invests in the next generation of engineers through a placement programme

MHB Consultants supports the next generation of civil engineers through a structured placement programme across Glasgow, Edinburgh, York and Croydon.

The programme offers summer placements, six to nine-month industrial placements and apprenticeships with day release. Many students continue part-time during term and move into full-time roles after graduation. Participants work on live projects in bridges, geotechnical engineering, temporary works, land surveying and land quality.

Aeron Morgan, Assistant Engineer in Glasgow, commented:

“My Summer Placement at MHB was a great experience that allowed me to apply what I had learned in university and apply it to real world design challenges, and it was particularly gratifying to see my designs being implemented, especially after developing the project from start to finish.”
